Directions from Providence

  • Take the I-95 South approx. 12 Miles
  • Take exit number 9 (RI Route 4 South), on the left towards Newport/S.
    County for 6.3 miles.
  • Take exit number 5A ( RI-102 South) towards Wickford for 0.3 miles.
  • First right after the first light is the entrance to the Meadows Office
    Park. Follow winding road and take the first right, second building
    (Building B Suite 204).

From Newport
Approx 15 Miles/20 Minutes

  • Take the RI-138 W ramp towards Jamestown/New York and follow over both bridges.
  • Take the US-1 N exit towards Providence, which will merge with Tower Hill Road. Bear left in 0.5 miles onto RI Route 4.
  • Take the RI-102/RI-2 exit, exit number 5, towards Exeter/Wickford.
  • Turn RIGHT onto TEN ROD RD/RI-102
  • First right after the first light is the entrance to the Meadows Office Park. Follow winding road and take the first right, second building (Building B Suite 204)

From Wakefield

  • Take US-1 North (Tower Hill Road) towards Providence. In approx 7 miles, bear left onto RI-4 North.
  • Take the RI-102/RI-2 exit, exit number 5, towards Exeter/Wickford.
  • Turn Right onto Ten Road Road/RI-102
  • First right after the first light is the entrance to the Meadows Office Park. Follow winding road and take the first right, second building (Building B Suite 204)

From Connecticut and points south from I-95

  • From I-95 North, Take the RI-102 S exit, exit number 5A, towards North
    Kingston.
  • Merge onto RI-102 South (sometimes called Victory Hwy.)
  • Turn RIGHT onto RI-3/RI-102/Victory Hwy. In less than a quarter mile, turn left onto RI-102/ Victory Hwy.
  • After 8 miles you'll pass under the RI- Route 4 underpass. Continue straight for another 0.25 miles and turn right at the Meadows Office Park. Follow winding road and take the first right, second building (Building B, Suite 204)
